Complimentary WiFi and private parking were a real treat. Saved me from dealing with pesky airport WiFi and the headache of finding parking in Windsor.
Not enough towels, a bed on the floor, and a very wet bathroom. Guess cleanliness doesn't matter to some people.

Great location opposite a famous castle! Free parking was a bonus and saved us time and money. the apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a cozy lounge area and a kitchen that had everything we needed. the office staff were friendly and helpful, delivering soap when we realized there wasn't any and storing our luggage after check-out. a comfortable and enjoyable Christmas stay!
The apartment bathroom wasn't properly cleaned and had some wet spots due to the lack of a shower screen. We had to constantly mop up the water to prevent flooding.

the apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with friendly and helpful staff. The location in the center of Windsor, with free parking, was outstanding. We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed our stay.

As foreign tourists, we loved the fantastic location of the apartment right across from Windsor Castle. The free parking saved us time and money, as finding parking in Windsor can be difficult and expensive. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and equipped with a full kitchen. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who provided us with soap and stored our luggage. we had a great time in Windsor and enjoyed our stay at the apartment.
Felt just like home, no complaints at all.
